Return & Refund Policy

At Meenal Jain Art, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return and Refund Policy explains our procedures regarding returns, cancellations and refunds when you purchase products or services on our website and pay through Razorpay.

  1. Returns
  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items such as custom, personalized or perishable goods may not be eligible for returns.
  1. Return Process
  • To initiate a return please contact us at meenalj189@yahoo.com with your order details.
  • We will provide instructions on how and where to send your returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  1. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used via Razorpay within 7 business days.
  • Note that transaction or payment gateway fees deducted by Razorpay may not be refundable.
  1. Cancellations
  • You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us promptly.
  • If the order is already shipped please follow the return process instead.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product please notify us immediately with photos and order information.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
